
How does warranty work?
Azbilu Children’s Wear have what we call a ‘stitch’ warranty, if the item is found to be defective or a stitch/seam breaks within the first 60 days of purchase we will happily fix it up if you return it to us. (Azbilu will not be accountable for return delivery fee) We will not refund any item in full if it is found to have a small defect, before sending any product we do our own quality checks to check for possible failing seams, or other damages.
-But we do understand that things can happen, and once the product is being worn, small defects may appear after movement.
We also supply a button warranty. All our products use between 2 and 4 buttons. We take children’s safety serious, So we ask that you check the buttons regularly and be sure it is not coming loose (we recommend after each use and wash) If you notice a button starts to come loose, or seems fragile please contact us. We will re-do, or supply a new set Free of charge, anytime after purchase. (We do ask you to pay the delivery fee to return the product to us)
- In turn if you are confident, and do not wish to pay the return fee, then please let us know, and we can talk you through or send you a video to do the button fix/replacement yourself. If you choose to do it yourself, We will not be liable if it goes wrong & warranty will be void. If you are not sure how to check your buttons, contact us for further assistance.

We have lots of warnings and information on all our items in the descripotion and on the shop page. in case you didnt read those, We also supply care labels on our items with the tag.

Please cold, hand or delicate wash our items. Also our products are not recommended to be placed in a tumble dryer and air dry our products our of direct sunlight.

No. We use cotton on most of our products and have supplied a list of what materials we use on the store information under each product. We aim to provide the best up to date information about what fabrics we use.
All cotton products are NOT fire resistant. DO NOT use, or have children wear the items near direct fire, or high temperatures. DO NOT allow child to sit in front of heaters or fireplaces that are lit with our products on for your child's safety.

Buttons are a choking & ingestion hazard, Please maintain checking our buttons after each use and wash. If they seem to be becoming loose, Contact us and we will re apply the buttons to make sure they stay durable and prevent hazards or injury.
We will fix this product under our warranty, Anytime after purchase. ( we will not charge to fix or supply new buttons. We do however ask you to pay the delivery costs to get it back to us. If you have low finances, please contact us and we will send you a video on how to do this fix yourself.)
We take children's safety very seriously at Azbilu Children's Wear.
The use of buttons on our products is a personal choice as a parent to have. They are usually durable, and sturdy, while additionally easy for children over 3 to do themselves.
We hand stitch our buttons on, to make sure we meet safety standards and requirements.

Azbilu Children's Wear sell handmade children's clothing, We understand that items can fray over time. If fraying occurs within the first 60days after purchase, Contact us and we will see what help we can offer (depending on the extent)
Products are expected to hold a standard, but some materials aren't as reliable as we would hope & occasionally the machines we use may not run as perfect as we would like. We hope to give good customer service and be able to assist with products.
Over time fraying is likely, more so after lots of wear and tear. if its not within the 60day returns policy we will not be accountable, and therefore will not supply a refund or fix the product.

All Azbilu Children’s Wear products, are set to withhold Consumer standards. We will not refund a item if it has opened packaging, We will not be held liable for delivery problems, we deliver all our items via a third party, and will supply all tracking information if requested that we have on our systems.
Products are to be paid for via PayPal or credit/ debit card. We will update payment methods from time to time, adding other alternatives.
Our products have a straightforward handcrafted and hand sewn statement. We will not be accountable if you expect a factory made product, our items will never be the exact replica of another. At times they may also not be perfectly straight. We will do our best to achieve centered placement, and to make them symmetrical.
We believe our pricing is fair, over time the prices of some products may go up or down, as we see fit. We recommend if you do not want to pay the full price we ask for our stock, to wait for a sale to pop up. We do have a monthly promotion ran by an 8 year old, that may be a cheap option too, but is only available for members (Mini Maker).
All purchasers accept accountability for buying the items, and are to agree to the terms of the warranty, product information, price, returns policy and this disclaimer, by deciding to purchase, you automatically accept these terms.
Azbilu Children’s Wear will try to help with issues that may arise outside of this disclaimer information, if a agreement or compromise can not be fulfilled, Azbilu Children’s Wear will take legal action, to remedy the problem. Azbilu Children’s Wear will not reimburse, refund or pay for the other party legal fee’s, and losses implemented from taking legal action. We believe we have a fair warranty, and withhold a standard of our rights.
Azbilu Children’s Wear provide all the information needed by purchasers regarding Safety, Warranty, Returns, Care, Product-Information & Our Brand. We will not be at fault if you fail to read the warnings and product information.
